By hiring Digitaloize, you agree to the terms below.

1. Refunds for Services

Digitaloize provides digital and creative services that require time, planning, and resources.

For this reason:

1.1 Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All deposits or initial payments made to begin a project are non-refundable. These payments secure your project slot and cover initial work, research, planning, and resource allocation.

1.2 No Refunds After Work Has Begun

Once any project work has started (including planning, meetings, design drafts, research, or development), payments made are not eligible for a refund.

1.3 No Refunds for Completed or Delivered Work

If a project or deliverable has been completed or delivered, or the client has approved any stage of work, no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations by the Client

If you choose to cancel your project for any reason:

  • Any incomplete work will not be delivered
  • Payments already made are non-refundable
  • Additional time already spent beyond the deposit may be billed if applicable

Digitaloize is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication, missing content, or unresponsiveness from the client.

3. Cancellations by Digitaloize

Digitaloize reserves the right to cancel any project if:

  • The client becomes unresponsive for extended periods
  • Payments are missed or delayed
  • The client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or unprofessional behavior
  • Project scope changes drastically without agreement

If Digitaloize cancels a project before work begins, a refund of any unused payment may be issued.

If work has already started, refunds are not provided.

4. Changes to Scope or Additional Work

Any request outside the original project scope may require:

  • Additional fees
  • Extended timelines
  • A revised agreement

No refunds apply to partially completed work when the client changes direction or scope.

5. Digital Products or Files

All digital downloads, templates, or design assets provided by Digitaloize are non-refundable, as they cannot be “returned.”

6. Monthly Maintenance or Support Plans

Maintenance or support plans may be canceled at any time. However:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable
  • Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle

Work completed during an active billing period is not refundable.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated, Digitaloize reserves the right to:

  • Pause all ongoing work
  • Send documentation proving delivered services
  • Recover additional fees related to the dispute

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before taking action.
