Project fees are shared in writing before work begins.
Payments are typically made in two parts unless otherwise agreed:
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are immediately allocated.
Each project includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in your proposal/package.
Additional revisions beyond that scope may require extra fees.
Digitaloize will provide final deliverables such as website files, branding assets, strategy documents, or digital materials as agreed.Some tools or software used during the project may require third-party subscriptions not included in your package.
We assist with launching your website, connecting your domain, and ensuring functionality at delivery.
Unless otherwise stated in your package:
After final payment:
Premade assets (icons, images, templates, fonts, plugins) may carry their own licenses.
You are responsible for:
Digitaloize is not responsible for losses caused by outdated plugins, security breaches, hosting downtime, or third-party service issues.
We respect the confidentiality of your business and information. Any shared assets, data, or documents remain private and are used solely for completing your project.
Either party may end the project with written notice.
If you choose to cancel:
Digitaloize may end a project at any time due to non-payment, lack of communication, or inappropriate behavior.
Digitaloize is not liable for:
